  • Tenderloin -- the traditional, high-end restaurant steak; lean and tender
  • Ribeye -- more marbled and, as a result, a richer taste than tenderloin
  • Striploin -- more texture than tenderloin; the midpoint between tenderloin and ribeye in terms of marbling
  • Burgers and Ground Beef -- flavor in the beef goes well with or without condiments
